You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

5) USER CONTENT LICENSE (IF YOU SUBMIT CONTENT)

If you submit or post any content to us (e.g., messages, form submissions, feedback), you grant Powersell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

6) PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes

- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERSELL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Powersell LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11) TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services.

12) GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
